It is also the most dangerous time of year. Tragically, kids aged 4 to 8 are 10 times more likely to be killed by a driver on Halloween than any other night.

🕷️ If you have to drive a residential street – go at a crawl speed
🚧 Apply for a block party, close your street to drivers, open it up to kids!
